Psychologist & EMDR Accredited Practitioner

Thank you for considering Kind Mynd Psychology for your patients. I am a registered Psychologist and EMDR Accredited Practitioner. I provide evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy in Melbourne and via telehealth across Australia.

Clinical Services

I support adult patients experiencing:

  • Anxiety disorders

  • Trauma-related concerns (including PTSD and complex trauma)

  • Low self-esteem and entrenched negative self-beliefs

  • Stress, burnout, and adjustment difficulties

  • Grief and loss

  • Perfectionism, body image concerns

  • Difficulties linked to adverse childhood experiences or attachment patterns

I use an integrative, trauma informed approach, with EMDR therapy  as the primary modality, supported by:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Schema Therapy

  • Compassion Focused Therapy

Patient Suitability

I am best suited to patients who are:

  • Motivated to engage in structured, evidence-based therapy

  • Seeking to address underlying causes, not just symptoms

  • Stable enough for trauma-focused therapy (i.e., not in acute crisis)

Please note:

  • I work exclusively with adults 18 years and older

  • Do not accept TAC or WorkCover clients

  • Currently at capacity for NDIS clients

  • Do not provide crisis intervention for severe substance dependence, active psychosis, or high-risk presentations

  • Do not provide medico-legal reports

I also deliver EMDR Intensives for patients requiring focused trauma processing.

Fees

  • Standard session fee: $250 (50 min sessions)

  • Medicare rebate (where applicable): $101.55
