Eating Disorder Therapy in Melbourne

Compassionate, evidence-based support to heal your relationship with food and your body

What is Eating Disorder Therapy?

Eating disorder therapy is about so much more than food. It’s about understanding what’s underneath the eating patterns whether that’s perfectionism, trauma, shame, sensory sensitivities, or feeling disconnected from your body or identity.

I work with people navigating a wide range of eating concerns, including:

  • Binge eating

  • Restrictive eating and food rules

  • Bulimia and purging behaviours

  • Emotional eating

  • Orthorexia and compulsive exercise

  • Body image struggles and body dysmorphia

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to reach out. If food and body stuff is taking up too much space in your mind or life, therapy can help.

How I Work

I take a weight-neutral, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming approach grounded in respect for all bodies, identities, and lived experiences. Together, we’ll gently unpack the beliefs and behaviours that are keeping you stuck, and support you to move toward more flexibility, nourishment, and self-trust.

Therapies I I predominately use from include:
