My therapy style is warm, curious, and collaborative. I take a trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and relational approach so we’ll always work at your pace, in a way that feels safe and centred on your experience. I’m an Accredited EMDR Practitioner and a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. I draw from Health at Every Size®, intuitive eating, and body neutrality frameworks to help you build a more peaceful and trusting relationship with your body. If you have ever thought, “I know why I’m like this, but it still doesn’t feel any different,” you’re not alone and you’re in the right place.  As a psychologist, I work with people who are self-aware and have often done some therapy before, but still feel stuck in old patterns, thoughts, or emotional reactions that just won’t shift.​ I work with a range of presentations. ​With a special interest in:

• Trauma including childhood trauma, sexual trauma 

• Anxiety

• Body image concerns, comparison, and feeling stuck in shame or control

• Trauma and complex PTSD, including developmental and attachment trauma

• Neurodivergent clients who are looking for a space to explore their identity, develop strategies, and navigate challenges of a neurotypical world​

Therapy with me is down-to-earth, real, and tailored to you. I’m not a blank-face psychologist with a clipboard, I show up as a human, and we go at your pace. While we do deep work, I also believe therapy can have moments of lightness, humour, and laughter.
