KIND MYND

My Approach
I’m Monique, a registered psychologist in Pascoe Vale, Melbourne. My therapy style is warm, curious, and collaborative, guided by trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and relational principles. Sessions are tailored to your pace, creating a safe space centred on your experience.
I am an Accredited EMDR Practitioner and a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. I integrate Health at Every Size®, intuitive eating, and body neutrality approaches to support adults in building a more peaceful, trusting relationship with their body.
I work with adults who are self-aware, often with previous therapy experience, but still feel stuck in old patterns, emotional reactions, or unhelpful thoughts. My areas of expertise include:
-
Trauma, including childhood trauma, sexual trauma, complex PTSD, and attachment-related difficulties
-
Anxiety and health anxiety
-
OCD
-
Grief and loss
-
Body image concerns, shame, comparison, and control patterns
-
Eating disorders
-
Supporting neurodivergent adults navigating identity, strategies, and the challenges of a neurotypical world
Therapy with me is down-to-earth, real, and tailored to you. I bring both deep work and lightness, creating a space where humour and human connection are part of the healing process.
Sessions are available in person in Pascoe Vale and via telehealth across Melbourne and Australia.
